‘You Have To Believe, To Achieve’
The vision of our Founder, Mr. Daniel Lazar, has maintained its heritage, and is focused on education, with the logo which says, ‘Educators at Heart’. The Lazar Group laid the foundation stone in the education field, in 1985, by opening a nursery in realization to the vision of the Ruler of Ajman, HH Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, who generously offered his villa to start the nursery. Thus, was born the first English Nursery in the Emirate of Ajman, ‘The Little Flower Nursery’, the stepping-stone to the educational aspirations of ‘The Lazar Group of Schools’. The nursery no doubt blossomed into a full-fledged school, enrolling pupils from a multi-cultural environment, true to its tagline, ‘Celebrating Diversity’.
Currently we are an educational entity with 3 schools (The Royal Academy, Ajman / The Bloomington Academy, Ajman / The Hope English School, Sharjah), which function in line with the UAE 2021 vision, providing quality education for all, with an onward aim to shape the achievers of the future, the ‘Global Wealth’, our children and to equip them with values and skills to become good human beings and productive citizens. For the children, our aims are limitless. It is all the way forward, spreading our wings to boundaries beyond.

Royal Academy Private School, Ajman
You Have To Believe, To Achieve
True to its motto, ‘You have to believe to achieve’, The Royal Academy is the debutant school situated in the Hamidiya area of Ajman, that was part of the newly dedicated educational zone in the emirate. The school offers the Indian CBSE Curriculum (KG to Grade 12), with a state-of-the-art facility within an environment friendly campus, with a school strength of 2800+. The school is the only Indian School in the emirate that has a diverse student population with 60 + nationalities, in line with the UAE Vision 2021. ‘Celebrating Diversity’ in its true sense! The school also has a feather in its cap, being declared the ‘First Eco-Green’ School in UAE, in 2022.
The Royal Academy Private School has also been honoured with a National Award by the Emirates Environmental Group. Ours is a National Online Safety (NOS) certified school.
The school has many achievements to its credit.
TRAC going ‘Organic’, where our students voice the slogan, ‘GO (Go Organic)! Yes, these are ‘Organic Veggies’ grown at school we have Parents acknowledging and appreciating the drive for promoting good health.
The school has been deemed as an e-safe school by being conferred with accreditation by the Ministry of Education, UAE. School Accredited For E-Safety.
The North Point Education Schools have done it again! The students at The Royal Academy School have made it again to plant one tree each in view of the ‘For Our Emirates We Plant’ Campaign, at the ‘Special Bee Reserve’ at Al Minae, South of Ras Al Khaimah, conducted by the Emirates Environmental Group.
Teacher’s Excellence Award 2023 was conferred to our teachers, Ms. Jeevidha Vaiyapuri and Ms. Nishitha K. Razzak for their exemplary contribution in imparting quality education to the students at TRAC.
The Royal News, an initiative to enhance our students’ reading and language skills, at the same time to update their General Knowledge and awareness of the happenings around the world.
The ‘Royal Writers Forum’ to create a new generation of writers in the enable and enhance students natural writing skills.
The Royal Academy Ajman was amongst the Top 3 Winners of the year 2022, in UAE. Another feather in our cap, for our affinity towards Environmental Sustainability.
‘The Royal Tree-logy’, a yearly forestation journey, where the students grow along with their plants, a greening initiative put forward by our Eco-Club members.
Royal Learning Point, an initiative by the Principal, Mr. Shakkeer Hussain, where the students are encouraged and enthused to share their learning with their schoolmates. It encapsulates the learning that has taken place in the classrooms and that which is disseminated to their schoolmates, with the help of charts and models prepared.
Our Royal Writers ‘Took Wings’ at the Sharjah International Book Fair 2023, where 19 books written by 15 of our students were released and the Book Launch of The Royal Anthology: ‘Galactical Adventures & Whimsical Whispers’.

The Hope English School, Sharjah
Raising Global Citizens
The Hope English School is a premium British curriculum school in the Emirate of Sharjah, a new addition to the group that bears testimony to the visionary leadership of the management. The school currently offers an outstanding education from Foundation Stage to Year 5 and has the SPEA approval for classes till Year 13, where every learner’s potential is maximized and the uniqueness and greatness of each of our students is celebrated. We are an inclusive school where children with special needs are welcomed subject to the approval from the ministry and are made to feel at home. The interiors of the school are designed to be child friendly and conducive for learning. The school is committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow, providing them with the skills, confidence, and resilience essential for success in the 21st century. Care is taken to see that every child is involved in special assemblies and cultural programmes and activities conducted on various occasions such as Teachers’ Day, Children’s Day, National Day, and Commemoration Day etc. The school encourages parental engagement by organizing activities and events such as exhibitions, foyer and hallway decoration, charity drives such as the Hope Hamper etc. Learning is connected to real life through clubs and activities such as gardening, recycling etc. The STEAM and robotics activities aim to equip students with skills needed for the futuristic world. Through developing the core personal and social skills we hope to raise our students as ‘Global Citizens’, in keeping with our tagline, ‘Raising Global Citizens’.
