The vision of our Founder, Mr. Daniel Lazar, has maintained its heritage, and is focused on education, with the logo which says, ‘Educators at Heart’. The Lazar Group laid the foundation stone in the education field, in 1985, by opening a nursery in realization to the vision of the Ruler of Ajman, HH Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, who generously offered his villa to start the nursery. Thus, was born the first English Nursery in the Emirate of Ajman, ‘The Little Flower Nursery’, the stepping-stone to the educational aspirations of ‘The Lazar Group of Schools’. The nursery no doubt blossomed into a full-fledged school, enrolling pupils from a multi-cultural environment, true to its tagline, ‘Celebrating Diversity’. Currently we are an educational entity with 3 schools (The Royal Academy, Ajman / The Bloomington Academy, Ajman / The Hope English School, Sharjah), which function in line with the UAE 2021 vision, providing quality education for all, with an onward aim to shape the achievers of the future, the ‘Global Wealth’, our children and to equip them with values and skills to become good human beings and productive citizens. For the children, our aims are limitless. It is all the way forward, spreading our wings to boundaries beyond.

‘Learn. Share. Grow.’ The Bloomington Academy with the stamp of being the first British Curriculum School in the emirate of Ajman, opened its doors in September 2014. Located in the heart of the city, it is the answer to parents’ anxiety of finding a quality British School within close range, thus saving hours of commuting. Ensuring the celebration of a diverse student and staff community, The Bloomington Academy enjoys a mix of over 70 nationalities from all over the world. All under one roof, valuing, respecting, and celebrating one another. One of the strongest features of the institution that has helped it gain acceptance and acclaim in society, is the international standards of education that the school offers at an extremely competitive price.

‘You Have To Believe, To Achieve’ True to its motto, ‘You have to believe to achieve’, The Royal Academy is the debutant school situated in the Hamidiya area of Ajman, that was part of the newly dedicated educational zone in the emirate. The school offers the Indian CBSE Curriculum (KG to Grade 12), with a state-of-the-art facility within an environment friendly campus. The school is the only Indian school in the emirate that has a diverse student population with 40 + nationalities, in line with the UAE Vision 2021. ‘Celebrating Diversity’ in its true sense! The school also has a feather in its cap, being declared the ‘First Eco-Green’ School in UAE, in 2022.

‘Raising Global Citizens’ The Hope English School is a premium British curriculum school in the Emirate of Sharjah, a new addition to the group which bears testimony to the visionary leadership of the management. The school offers an outstanding education from Foundation Stage to Year 5, where every learner’s potential is maximized and the uniqueness and greatness of each of our students is celebrated. The school is committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow, providing them with the skills, confidence, and resilience essential for success in the 21st century. Through developing the core personal and social skills we hope to raise our students as ‘Global Citizens’, in keeping with our tagline, ‘Raising Global Citizens’.

The Little Leaders Nursery (LLN), situated in Hamidiya, Ajman, was a young addition to the group. LLN was a specialty unit for preschoolers and early years stage. It was designed and developed strictly as and for a British Curriculum Nursery. It was well planned and done up with all the prerequisites of a pre-school friendly environment. Unfortunately, with the onset of the pandemic, the blow was quite a hard one, and with heavy hearts and minds, the nursery had to be closed, however, the bright side of it is that we are contemplating on reviving LNN.

TLG, having extended its educational facilities to Sharjah, believes that there is no end to what one can dream of and do, provided one has the passion and the will. Being ‘Educators at Heart’, the group’s aim is to ‘Keep Moving Forward’, in the educational field, for there is no dearth of opportunities. With the right aim of education at its helm, a dedicated team, and with blessings from above, nothing is impossible.
